My current (April 4th) best estimate is ~ June 15th closing. It appears the permit screwups in the beginning cost us a good 2 weeks. Supposedly they can make up the time, but I am skeptical... Unless somehow they can get a months worth of work done in the next 15 days to get on target for the framing inspection.
I am now guessing Final Inspection on 6/1 and closing on the week of the 4th. THey have made up time on framing, but electricians cost the PM a few days. Currently (4/25/12) they are about 7 days off schedule. Maybe they can make up time on the inside.
- As of 4/30/12 PM is saying final walk through on the 6/7/12 and closing on the 8th. That puts cert of Occupancy around the 5th. Impressive job making up the lost time if that ends up being the case.
