Day 16 - footers and basement walls

I have been out of town all week, but our Sales Rep sent these to me on day 16.

Footers are finally in and walls poured.

Tomorrow will be day 19 and the waterproofing/slab inspections are scheduled. Hopefully all goes well. Obviously I will check it out first thing in the morning. I hate being away when progress is going on finally.

    I honestly have no complaints with our Sales Rep or PM so far. I have no expectations that everything will be perfect from dig to completion -- but when things deviate (like a huge permit and concrete delay) they communicate early and often. Which is all I can ask. They know I am on top of things (like checking county permit logs every few days) so I think they are trying answer questions before I even have a chance to ask them.
