Selections

I guess some people might like picking out flooring selections.  Not me.  Once we picked out the granite, cabinets and hard woods my mind basically shut off.  From that point on we went fairly neutral, which I am sure will be a good thing in the end.  We did end up having to upgrade the granite to get the all black we wanted and also the carpet + padding.   And the vinyl...

    We picked them all out late December so I had to look them up again:

    Exterior Scheme: SM-02BB-00-WH (whatever the heck that means)
    Siding: Navajo Beige
    Shutters: Brown #59
    Front Door: Black Bean (SW6006)
    Ext Trim: White
    Brick: Seneca Blend
    Garage Door: White (must match ext trim)
    Roof: Black Dimensional (community only option)

    I updated the original post to include the brick sample. Honestly it looks pretty different in person. We didn't like it in the showroom 2x2' but loved it on the built houses we saw.
